The Director & Company Screening Report is digital content delivered instantly. By ticking the consent box at checkout you agreed to immediate delivery and waived the 14-day cancellation right (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 37).
We refund in full when
The report could not be generated; you were charged twice; or the report is materially defective because of an error on our side (Consumer Rights Act 2015). A result of "no record found" for a layer is a valid, delivered result — the absence of a designation is itself the information you paid for — and is not a defect.
How
Email support@directorscreen.co.uk with your order id within 14 days. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 working days.
